Today (24 Aug2022) I placed an online order. I received incorrect delivery, call customer service. They promised that they will send 2 drivers the one to collect and the one to deliver my items. Now it is 13:46. Been waiting from 11:42. I called again to do a follow up, the agent I spoke to this time she told me, that I need to wait for items to be collected before they can deliver my items. This is not on, if you can't hire reliable drivers, stop the service. You are creating irate customers...
