Onlien platform slow and crashes at times - please improve performance.

Online shopping has become unbearably slow when using their online store. Please improve the speed of your servers. This online experience should be better especially when there are more competitors entering the market for online shopping. It takes me very long to complete an order with pnp. The items take long to load and then crashes at payment time etc.
