Ongoing Horrible Service

On Sunday 26 March 2017, I visited Pick n Pay Cleary Park in Port Elizabeth. I must say as usual they never fail to not deliver service. I have complained to the Manager, via the Pick n Pay website, etc and still the service does not improve. This time though what made it worse was a Manager by the name of Zolton who actually became downright rude to me because I asked about the fact that the conveyor belts at the tills that are not working, and the empty shelves, and the fact that where there are 10+ till points but only 4 or 5 if we are lucky 6 tills open. I asked and was told that they use casual staff on Sundays and then I asked so how is that us as clients problem when you have staff issues, the same answer I got when I complained to him previously. I then suggested then maybe they should not open for trading on Sundays if their shelves are empty and they do not have staff and was told about how he has been with PnP since before they were trading on Sundays (I failed to see how that is relevant to me - so I stoppped listening to him after that) Cleary Park is in an area where unpemployment is very high so how can they say that they are shortstaffed when there are people in their area with no jobs. Surely they can then give back to the community they serve by employing for the community (just a thought) On Sunday he started raising his voice tone and volume whilst speaking to me that I had to politely tell not to raise his voice. I told to lower his voice. I was not shouting at him or even irrate, I just wanted to voice my dissatisfaction. I do not see why I should drive past Cleary Park to another PnP a lot further when the service should be the same. All I can say is that maybe because we are in a lower income area, our people should be satisfied with the s****s whilst in the more upmarket areas the very same staff would be singing a different tune. Pick Pay Cleary Park your service is horrible. And no I do not need another insincere apology, I need to go to a shop that has longer shopping hours and not feel irritable that i went there because the shelves are empty and you did not get half of the stuff on your list. I need to not stand in a long line waiting when half of the tillpoints are non-operational. And I do not want to push heavy items forward to a cashier when there are conveyor belts.
