Ongoing complaint from the 19th of April 2020 and has still not been actioned.

So where do i begin?????

Well for starters your staff at your store and management need a serious refresher on customer relations!!!!

I called in today to find out if you have a particular product in stock only to give the description of the item to 4 different people... I am then told by tye 4th person that they dont stock it(kbow the standard practice would be for them to check on the floor and tell me) but no they didn't!!!

I then tell them that i am recording the call and then am conveniently am passed over to a STORE MANAGER BRADY!!!!

This is very it gets interesting.. So after me questioning and asking him his staff's incompetence.. I especially made to the fact there is a ****ER VIRUS OUT THERE AND INSTEAD OF ME TAKING CHANCES AND COMING INTO THE STORE FOR NOTHING I HAVE SPENT MY MONEY TO CALL THEM TO CHECK IF THEY HAVE THE ITEM IN STORE... HE CUTS ME OFF!!! AND THAT'S WHEN I GET ****ED OFF AND ASK IF THAT'S HOW HE SPEAKS TO CLIENTS!!! I THEN TELL HIM I WILL BE REPORTING HIM AND REQUEST FOR THE STORE OWNERS CONTACT DETAILS ONLY TO TOLD ME I AM BEING RUDE AND I MUST COME INTO THE STORE AND LOOK FOR THE ITEM MYSELF!!! HE THEN HUNG ON ME!!!!

SO PNP MY QUESTION TO YOU IS THIS....

YOUR STUFF THAT ARE DEEMED AS "ESSENTIAL SERVICE WORKERS/PROVIDERS" WOULD RATHER HAVE ME COME INTO THEIR STORE FOR A ITEM THAT THEY DON'T HAVE(I CALLED IN AND SPOKE TO THE NEXT STORE MANAGER ALSO A GENTLEMAN WHO MIND YOU IS ALSO A STORE MANAGER WHO TOLD ME TO LAY A COMPLAINT VIA CUSTOMER SERVICES IMAGINE!!!!)

SO BASICALLY PNP YOU AND YOUR STAFF AT YOUR STORES WOULD RATHER HAVE ME POSSIBLY GET INFECTED WITH A DEADLY DISEASE ALL BECAUSE OF YOUR *********** MANAGEMENT AT PNP..

ALSO I VISITED THERE LAST SUNDAY... THE BUTCHERY HAD THIS BAD STENCH.. THE FRESH PRODUCE SECTION IS IN A STATE AND THE BAKERY IS SO UNTIDY...

NO WONDER YOU ARE ONE OF THE WORST PNP AROUND... I WOULD GLADLY GO TO CORNUBIA OR THE CRESENT AND SHOP ANYDAY OVER YOUR STORE... THE ONLY REASON FOR ME CHECKING WITH THEM WAS BECAUSE THEY ARE RIGHT HERE..

I WOULD GLADLY MEET WITH THE OWNER OF THE STORE AND WE CAN DO TEST CALLS TO HIS STORE AND HE CAN GLADLY LISTEN TO HAVE HIS STAFF AND MANAGEMENT TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!

PNP VERULAM YOU HAVE LEFT A BITTER TASTE IN MY MOUTH!!!
