One year expired duck many overcharges no human response to complaint email

At the beginning of the month I went shopping at my nearest pick n pay and I purchased a duck for Christmas and groceries when I got home I realised that the duck had expired in 2019 and many overcharges I took photos and emailed pick n pay customer service I received a automated reply to this date I have not received a human response

Over charged for: C***** Mama Bake Margarine R24.99 label said R19.99 R5 over charged 4x PnP Pimento Stuffed Olives @ R24.99 label said R17.99 R28 over charged 2x Bakers Provitas @R29.99 no discount. Label said 2 for R39.99 R20 over charged 3x Salticrax @R26.99 no discount. Label had a special +- 3 for R40?? Tuffy zipper sandwich bags (15) R44.99. label was definitely cheaper I normally over look small over charges as it's a waste of time and petrol as well as embarrassment unneccary frustration,

Right now i dont find it fair. This shouldn't even be an issue. Surely the stores have procedures in place to ensure items are not out of date and prices correctly

How many people get over charged a hundred rand or more each time whether they check the slip or not??
