One in a million

Yesterday we went to buy a tv for my elderly gran. The staff at pick n pay in general are lazy and unhelpful. My mom and gran waited so long for help they actually left until I arrived to help. I found Simphiwe and he was absolutely amazing. My gran forgot her tv license so he called them with her ID number, helped pick out the best tv for her, put it In our trolley and he was off to help the next customer. What a pleasure. I hope he gets commission and a raise!
