Once an SA staple, now trailing behind Woolies, Spar and Checkers

The service at Pick n Pay at iLanga Mall in Nelspruit must surely be among the worst. There is one gentleman (Solomon) who works there, who is courteous and helpful, but the cashiers carry a chip the size of China. Rude, inefficient and sullen, the attitude is one of doing the customer a huge favour by merely being there, I can honestly say that considering there are so many people desperate for work, perhaps someone else would be grateful for the opportunity. And management stand around, either chatting or on their phones. Not the first negative response I've seen in others or experienced. Do not recommend.
