Once again weekly Smart Shopper email disappoints

Jeez! Once again!!!!! You emailed me today with my Smart Shopper discounts. I saw The Roastery Instant coffee 200 gm at r30 off. Couldn't access the product to read prod info in the Smart Shopper offers screen display (at https://www.pnp.co.za/personaldiscounts/index.html?guid=4D8C66C0A5CA0033E***0A050131&sc_src=email_***&sc_lid=***&sc_uid=R10FzQ2DCr&sc_llid=448153&sc_customer=***&utm_source=emarsys&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=PNPSS_11-06-2024_JFY_wk16$clink$061115Smart+Shopper+Admin_DiscountsIMAGE+SS_Discounts_wk16.jpgSmart+Shopper+Admin_Discounts) so tried various searches via www.pnp.co.za all to no avail. Come on!!!! Why can't I access the product.???? www.pnp.co.za features in Google search results as your online shopping portal but surely, even there, the product should come up when I search for it? I did a Google search for " buy The Roastery brand instant coffee" and a pnp result came up. Same was headed thus: "The roastery | Instant Coffee | Smart Price Specials Pick n Pay https://www.pnp.co.za › THE ROASTERY › query=:rele.." and when I clicked on the link, the result at "https://www.pnp.co.za/b/THE%20ROASTERY?query=:relevance:allBrands:THE%20ROASTERY:category:instant-coffee***" was: "The Roastery Instant Coffee The Roastery (0) Sort by: Best Match No products found" Is *** an appropriate reaction????? This is not the first time that your Smart Shopper mails are deficient. A while back you were offering me a discount on a pnp modified butter product. Not the cream tub with the orange and brown graphics (barcode 60 ***) but as per offers illustration, a white tub with two-tone green stripe colours and styled PnP Butter Spread. I queried you twice re this product which I also could not find in your web site - or in store - and you never rep**** at all. Will you reply this time?
