Once again totally disgusted & disappointed by poor service

I was once again totally disgusted and disappointed by the poor service I received at Woodlands Pick n Pay Liquor. On Sunday 08/04/2018 I was told they have no stock of cases of 24 bottles of Windhoek Lager. After speaking to the manager I was left furious. I cannot tolerate it when a manager blames everything else for not having stock and expects a customer to be satisfied with a simple “Sorry!” It reflects poorly on management for not ordering sufficient stock timeously. I expect more from Pick n Pay – Make a plan – after all you deliver. Tell me you will get it and deliver asap. Everyone knows a case price is cheaper than a 12 pack or singles, so I expect the manager to make a plan by offering me 12 packs or singles that are in store at the case price! Lack of stock is not limited to just this one store. I visited the Pick n Pay Hypermarket Liquor store on Sunday 2018/02/17. I requested a case of Australian Bundenburg ****** beer and was told there was no stock. There were several bottles of Bundenburg ****** beer in the singles fridge and I would have expected the staff to get an empty box and fill a case of singles. I was pushed around and verbally assaulted by staff when I suggested this and nothing came of my complaints to Hypermarket management or to the divisional manager of Diageo Field Services whose rep assaulted me.

Reviewer Update
Once again, I am disgusted in the service received from Fairy Glen Pick n Pay Hypermarket, specifically their Liquor Store. I have complained several times previously that they do not have stock of common brands, please see my previous complaint above on 08/04/2018. Today, 03/09/2018 I requested 4 cases of 24 x 330ml bottles of Windhoek Lager. I was told there is no stock of the 24 packs but there are 12 packs. The sales assistant found 4 x 6 packs, the only 6 packs available. To my horror, even after speaking to the Store Manager, no explanation could be given for the lack of stock, neither would he give me two 12 packs at the 24 case price which is R30 cheaper! To make matters worse the cashier rang up four individual 6 packs and not one 24 case which works out R18 more expensive!
