once again Pick and Pay *****ing from the poor with no repurcussions

So this morning I was overcharged more than 100% on my item. Upon querying this I was told that you no longer refund the double the difference, you just give back the difference. I hate to break it to you, but I have been complaining about overcharging and incorrect pricing at the Strand street branch in the CBD for over 5 years now, and absolutely nothing has been done to rectify this issue. Moreover on the same day there was discrepencies on prices of two other items as well. Who is going to be held accountable for this systemic theft from the poor by the rich elite who own Pick and Pay, is anyone going to go to Jail for this?

I don't accept your apology, because you have been apologising for the same thing over and over, your apologies are insincere quite frankly.

You are also not addressing this with your management team, it is another complete lie, because if management was addressing this, there would not be this many repeat instances over such a long period.

You do not view this in a serious light, you will just continue *****ing from people with this ******* practice and shift blame, exactly like our ******* government, you are no different.

You don't appreciate my feedback, you appreciate ****** profits which goes into your pockets.
