once again no service

Not sure why the participate in black friday and then run out of stock within two hours. The promotion says one day only not while stock last. Whats even worse than running out of stock is that my 8 month pregnant wife stood in a queue for 3 hours with other people. The only thing the staff is telling the people is that the truck is on its way. When i met up with my wife i asked some of the staff if they had any info and this Christopher working in the fruit and veg just gives me attitude and answering me in a rude way, when i asked for his name he became even more rude. When i spoke to the manager he told me they still waiting on the truck and there are still orders that they will have to short out before the people in the queue can receive their goods. I then asked seeing that other people placed order if i can do the same thing as my wife cant stand on her feet any longer and we still had to pick up or little one from school. His reply was no because we dont know what we are getting. So wait or leave. So they are letting people queue but dont know if the people will get their stuff. Family store, but sorting out their families first. Head/regional office to contact me please
