On the 28 August 2023 I went shopping in Pick n Pay...Westgate mall. The cashier treated me very bad.She was rude. Shouting,,Provoking me and make me a laughing stork. I wil never recommend it to anyone.It lack customer service a lot.Their marchendice also they lack training. Pick n Pay employees in Westgate mall have no Respect towards customers They lack education and full course of customer service and Marketing..My experience was very bad to that shop .And i 100percent HATE IT.
