***** on my smartshopper and nobody is willing to help

On the 20 of Jone I recieved an email notifying me or sending me a reciepts about a redemption on my smart shopper card. I have been trying to get this sorted without any joy . I have called the contact center several times to get this sorted or to see who purchased using my smart shopper card. on the Both of June I spoke to a lady by the name of Keisha and she said she will call me back to this day I am still waiting for her phone call. I tried calling back for feedback but I was not able to get through on the call centre. I then sent on email on the 2nd of July and I was given this ref number *** and they said they will get back to me with feedback. Even now I an still waiting.
