On line shopping epic fail

<p>Decided to try online shopping on Thursday. I placed my substantial order to be delivered on Saturday between 4-5pm. At 12 noon I was informed my order would be late - between 5-6pm. I was ok to that point. 6.30 came and went. No delivery. No phone call. I called the customer care mumber only to be told my order will not be delivered until Monday! This is unacceptable. No explanation. Only apologies. Sorry is not good enough Pick n Pay. Never again. Will shop at the new checkers down the road after 30 years of shopping at Pick n Pay... You have let me down. </p>
