I bought wine on line. When delivered the box of 6 had 1 bottle missing and 1 broken bottle. The missing bottle was refunded but not the broken one. After sending several e-mails I get ignored. The delivery driver has taken photos. ...so I thought that this will be handled in a professional way...NOPE!!!!
