On going card debits
Have incurred card debit from the 18/03/2015 then the 11/04/2015 without my authorisation and during my absence, after logging a complaint with my bank investigation was logged, fortunately my R1192.10 was credited back, but to my surprise and more dismay R1192.10 was again debited on the 01/07/2015 by the same merchant, was advised by my bank to investigate with the merchant directly for a faster resolution, but unfortunately that was not the case, after spending more than 25 minutes with a lady from the Cape Town PNP call centre, she was very reluctantly advising me to liaise with my bank as the-re nothing she can do or explain,
I beacme very agitated and furious as I was thrown between my bank and PNP, she requested that my statement to be faxed to her, I tried to follow up the next day with Paul from customer service at PNP Southdowns and was told my debited funds didn't even reach them though its showing on my statement, and again he said he is sorry he cannot assist me but have to take it again with my bank,
After a squabble with Paul he adised that he will contact me shortly, where he confirmed that an email will be sent through to Cape Town Head office via Fearie Glen
