Old PnP Secunda pathetic service

I went to the local PnP today. Experienced the most pathetic service ever from a PnP. Slip details: Date 03.10.17. Time 17:20

After being confronted with empty shelves and shelves without pricing; I stood at a till for a while, the cashier was there and spoke to someone else, who I thought was also a customer, eventually she said she's closed, however there was no sign on the desk.

I had to go to another till, the que was very long. I think there was only 3 cashiers. When I reached the cashier, I was not welcomed.

The total amount didn't make sense, it was more... I calculated the shelf pricing, when I started to ask questions, I was told "it's already cheaper, how much cheaper do you want it?"

Other retailers, I can see their screens as they ring the goods up. I tried to bend over, to look at the screen, then I was told "no look at the totalizer"

I had to pack my groceries in the bags myself

I will never go there again, I will tell everyone I know about this experience.
