Old goods delivered

I do all my grocery shopping online and i switch between Pick n Pay and their competitor. I switch because when I get tired of the one delivering old product I switch to the other. The problem is that I am now tired of this. I have sent multiple emails to Pick n Pay covering this exact topic and yet they still do it. Today was the last straw so let me give you examples of what they do and what I mean by "old Product". I have noticed over time that the packers / shoppers when doing your shopping select the old stock and obviously they have been instructed to do so. EG - box of citrus / naartjies - after 2 days were over ripe and were thrown away. Albany bread delivered today (20 Aug) with best before date tomorrow. Crunchy peanut butter was so old that the peanut butter had solidified around the inside of the plastic container. Long life C***** milk delivered that was thick like cream. Pepsi delivered that tasted like chemicals (numerous times) and this caused me to stop drinking Pepsi. Lamb shanks and lamb chops ( and other meats) delivered with best before date the next day and when slow cooked ( to try get it tender) still came out like car tyres....... this goes on and on and frankly I have had enough 9anytime you want to challange my cooking abilities please do so). Their competitor does the same and i will write a review now for them as well. This tells me that the way the shops get rid of their old stock is to pack it into customers online shopping. In closing think of this ... If i buy a new car from a dealer and I pay the new price and then that deler delivers me a second hand car or a car that was invloved in a crash , legally what would that be termed as? its exactly the same thing but on a smaller scale but it is still a underhanded. So Pick n Pay you can take your shop and move along doing what you do to your clients but it will be without this client. Disgusting.
