Old food and bad service

I have been at Pick n Pay - Cavendish today where I was sold old chicken. The smell that come out of the container even the security was stunned. I have always trusted Pick n Pay to buy my groceries, but now I am horrified with the "lunch " that I was provided. I went back to the customer service lady who was not to friendly as well and told me that shes not the one who cooks the food.. My thing is that if you are working for the customer you are representing tat particular company.Mandy Zigebe
