Old Chicken

Good day I hope this email reach someone at pick n pay as your customer service phone number have been change but not listed your customer service email is also not working,as my emails is popping back saying it's not working I bought a 5 kg chicken at promenade when we made the chicken yesterday it is old the taste is no good I had to throw the chicken away I also didn't have the slip to return it and was baked already had a few pieces in a bowl to keep to go show the shop but the smell is also not good so I have to throw it away just had to bring it to your attention to check your products cause my kids could have got food poising due to old chicken in your freezer and a waste of my money ***
