Old and sour cheese with sour staff members...

I just had the worse experience yet again. I'm so highly disgusted with the type of service and quality I'm receiving from our nearest branch.

Tonight I bought cheese at pick n pay,and when I wanted to make myself a sandwiches...

I can actually puke right now.

The cheese was so off,it literally smelled like dead rat or whatever..but the smell was beyond horrible... Imagine we ate that disgusting old rotten cheese????

I do feel like that branch(capricorn)specifically went rock bottom when it comes to delivering quality service- as it is not my first,second or third terrible experience.... It's totally unacceptable! Management needs up their game and inspire staff with regards to customer service as well... Selling old sour cheese of which the staff compliments with their sour attitudes.

Please respond asap as I'm terribly unhappy... I'm a loyal customer and to get this type of service is just a big NO...
