'oh , many people have told us that we are more ******* than the ANC, you are not the first....'
All I wanted to do was call a nearby store to see if they had light bulbs in stock. I called the store....no answer. Called the boss of online shopping , Mike Cottrell...no answer. I then called the helpline...who answered, but half an hour later hadn't called me back with an answer?! This is why I no longer shop at pick n pay....

So I get a call yesterday....from someone from a different Pick n Pay store :-) I can see that answering a simple query has thrown your whole system into disarray. Let me make it easy for you. I will NEVER shop at Pick n Pay again. Your staff have been poorly trained (not their fault) and it seems that your management is almost as ******* as the ruling party government. I have tried to assist you many times in rectifying this, but it is clear that you do not give a ****. I have been able to buy much better quality products at my local grocer at a cheaper price so I have decided to support owner managed businesses, rather than paying for a directors second home in Herm****. Well done on losing another loyal customer, at this rate I am sure you will be in business rescue yourselves soon enough...couldn't happen to a nicer company :-)
