OFFline causes major congestion.
Month end shopping day on 29 June 2019 at Greenstone. System went offline at approx 11h30 according to staff. Checkout queue for an hour and a half. No specials credited. No recovery action from management. No information. Plus had to pay for parking as we were in the shop for 4 hours. Disgraceful. Luckily Checkers have now opened in Greenstone.
