OFF/BAD OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

hi , I was at pnp rooishuikraal on Saturday 20/01/2018. I purchased the dairy milk choc icecream , friends and I opened it and the icecream seemed to either be off or just didn't taste right , it had sugary icey particals on the outside of it and the icecream was horrible.its either the stock that was bad or something n we had to throw it away as those icecreams melt very fast wen opened, now im stuck with 2 and I don't know if I can actually take it to the store or what to do, the sad part is that I spent a lot of money for something that was ********** !!! pnp needs to check their fridges n make sure the stock is all in order, I couldn't walk back with 3opened icecreams which was melting as is. I do have pics as well, honestly I want a refund
