OFF STEAK

This is not the first time that we have purchased off meat at Pick n Pay Pinehurst Centre. On the 23/01/2016 we purchased vacuum packed steak, drove 3 minutes and put it in the fridge at home. When we wanted to braai it that night we smelled that it was off. The date on the packaging was \sell by the 04/02/2016". We did not have supper last night. Today when we returned the item the manager did not compensate us for all the inconvenience that Pick n Pay has caused us and just simply cut us new steak and tried to blame the off meat on the temperature that the meat was transported at. I don't drive without air-con and my house was 3 minutes away. Meat should not go off in 3 minutes in a air conditioned car. Funny enough the exact manager used this same excuse to us about 2 months ago for other off meat. And the manager still had the audacity to try and blame the cause of the off meat on us. If this problem is not resolved adequately I will post this on Social networks and never buy from Pick N Pay again. This is a health hazard and pathetic service."""
