Off milk delivered - not past expiry date.

I ordered 24 boxes of milk and most of them were off. I ordered them online and most of them were off. I have tried for a month and a half to return the milk and have it replaced, and have received no assistance. The milk is Pnp brand, and was NOT past it’s expiry date. I have received no explanation for this.
