Off lamb/dairy and bad quality bread

I have bought goods from this store, in Cavendish, where the bread quality is terrible (R25.99) for brown bread, where it is literally falling apart as I remove it from the packet/ slice into it. The lamb I bought here before was off, as well as the milk is expired (regardless of the date on the label). This is really concerning stuff. You shouldn't be selling products, especially meat/dairy that is off. This is not the first time this has happened and I hope to bring people's attention to this.
