Off items picknpay asap pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service , items was purchased on the pick n pay asap app on the 13th of August delivery for 14th, order purchased for over 1000 and to receive 2 items missing and off meat products which had a foul smell and slime in meat , I did a self service refund which is stil pending 6 days down the line and when I reached out to support got a useless agent not only could not speak English but failed to assist and asking me for pictures for missing items and for item with foul smell I am disappointed as app is used for convenience but issue is repeated
