**** OF A Manager - Boy de Goede Circle

Geoff is a **** of a Manager, I'm so disgusted by his customer service right now. I always shop at Pick n Pay Boy De Goede Circle in Tableview, yesterday I passed there after work and saw that they were running a special on Nutrifix 900g for R59.99, when I got to the shelf there was none left. Geoff told me there will be stock today, I should pass by after work and he will keep one for me infront. I told him I will come same time today, he agreed and I left. Today I called the store in the morning just to remind him that I was still coming, I couldn't get through to the store and called Customer Service line. The gentleman I spoke to put me through to the store and I was told he is not in his office. I left a message with my number with the lady who answered the phone for him to call me back and he didn't. I then passed by the store as we agreed same time after work and to my surprise I'm told by the lady Manager on duty that he left and didn't say anything about me. When I go look there is no special anymore and had to pay a full price. This man **** to me and wasted my time and money. How do you have such terrible people who lie to customers as Managers? What kind of nonsense is this? I'm disgusted
