Oder cancel and my money is gone

I have made a purchase on grocery and pic n pay suddenly canceled my order, it is nolonger appearing om my profile and they have deducted extra R 250 from my account..all my money gone just like that.. this occurred today around 13:00pm.. I need my refund or my iteams deliverd.. this store is a **** indeed
