Obvious air cons are never going to be fixed

It is very obvious that the air cons are never going to ever work at Northgate Pick n Pay as i was there today to look for a speaker for my cell phone, shop is so hot, so decided to leave and went to Incredible Connection and purchased a speaker. I have given up with Head Office Pick n Pay as it seems they just taking the air con issue as fat joke and laughing at the customer as I have been complaining over two years now and still nothing done, so in this case I will not support Pick n Pay any longer.
