Nutriphase Dog Food Defect!

I write to you with sheer disappointment & disgust about the quality of your Nutriphase Senior Dog Food!! This defective product is definitely causing HAVOC to my dogs health & my Patience.

My dog is 12 years old and has been on Nutriphase from about his first 2 years and currently on the Senior category.

About 2 months ago he was throwing up, docile & refused to eat. The Vet ran some very EXPENSIVE tests & his eating habits were monitored. Last month while coming close to the end of his food supply, I noticed quite a few yellowish worms wriggling in his food container! We were applaud!! The storage container & it’s entire contents were immediately thrown out! (Purchased from PnP Mall of Africa)

We bought a new AIRTIGHT storage container & a new bag of food. This time from another branch of PnP, (The Glen) - with the hopes that there may be a difference in their stock. Well....Today, a month later ... NEW container, NEW bag of food... But... INFESTED AGAIN by YELLOW’ISH WRIGGLING WORMS!!

My dog being the age that he is, I hate having to now EXPERIMENT on new food brands OR see him in discomfort! Added to that, it’s frustrating trying to rush around in the lockdown either to a Vet or PnP. All of this is completely unnecessary, stressful & costly.

I do have pics of the worms scooped out the packet, which I would like to share as evidence of this nightmare.
