Nu customer service

If I could give 0 stars I would. I would give 5/5 stars for WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Firstly, you make it IMPOSSIBLE to navigate your 'self service help', you make it impossible to link smart shopper cards to profiles and you make it impossible to get in touch with a HUMAN in customer service that can assist. I have been trying since 23 April 2026 to get in touch with someone in customer service to no avail. Probably the WORST experience I have ever had regarding customer service
