Now that's what I call Service

On Monday morning , I remembered about the PNP Protea cricket cards and realized I missed the whole promotion. I contacted PNP via email, not long after that I received an email from Siphesihle Ndlovu who called the branch nearest to me to find if they have cards available, minutes after that I received a call from Chris van Niekerk at the Southern Center PnP Hyper Branch in Bloemfontein. Professional and kind the gentleman Chris politely and quickly assisted me in getting my collection up to date. This was like unbelievably amazing service. I thank you Chris, Siphesihle and PnP for this awesome service I received, Keep up the fantastic work. Other companies can definitely learn from PnP what customer service is. Forever great full thank you once more.
