Notpoor service, no service

I'm wondering - do Pick'n Pay ever respond tocommunications from a customer?? I have tried email, whatsapp, calling is impossible asno-one answers. The promise of a response is a joke!! 3 weeks it's been now and I am still waiting for a response. Maybemy expectations aretoo high.
