Nothing has changed

Now that we finally get the installation voucher from pick and pay, that we paid for..... The company will come out and give us a quote on the installation!!!!! How the hell do you pay again for something u had paid for already.... Yes sir but it's hidden costs!!!!! Management at pick and pay is pathetic..... No other words for it...... If u treat customers like this I don't know how ur door are still open......
