Nothing asap about Pick n Pay asap

I’ve placed orders on this app and have had my orders just not come. Always some form of excuse when I call to find out why my order is late or cancelled and not refunded. Never using the app again- Checkers is absolutely more reliable. Atleast I know they will deliver on time unlike Pick n Pay asap whose service is terrible.
