Not willing to help

While I was in the que in Pick n Pay to pay for my groceries ,two people bumped into me with their trolley and stole my brand new I phone 5S from my bag.The manager at Pick N Pay Centurion refused to assist in anyway claiming the person to view the surveilance cameras were gone home already,stating he can only help next week,what help is that to us as the perpertrators have already left!.It seemed as if the store Manager was in cahoots with the ********* who stole my I Phone because of his lack of co-operation.There was no security present at the time.In the time of distress the manager was very rude and obnoxious and unwilling to help.We have been very loyal customers to Pick n Pay Centurion and now we will re-evaluate our current spend with Pick n Pay.
