not there to assist you
I found that I was being overcharged in respect of canine cuisine dog food at pick and pay. There were R40 more per bag then take a lot.com and R20 more than spar. I phoned pick and pay to lodge a complaint and I was promised that their buyers would contact me. Three months later and after five attempts to discuss this with them, they'll stop promising me that their buyers will contact me. Every time I phone their complaints line I find that notwithstanding you are providing them with the complaint reference number they cannot find the previous complaint.Pick n pay complaint department is nothing short of a disgrace. I'm sure that if Mr Raymond Ackerman was still involved with this business he would not tolerate such poor service and the head of the complaint department would find his proverbial head rolling down the shopping isle. how can pick n pay justify overcharging by R40 per bag. Surely their buyers are as strong as spars and takealots.
