Not the nicest teller staff

I’ve been using the little falls pick and pay for a while now, all I can say is the staff there isn’t the most pleasant to deal with (specially the tellers). They are really unhelpful, never smile and really just seem like they don’t want to be there. Today I think marked a day where I thought maybe put it out there, I asked the teller who was assisting me how it would work if I have been using an unregistered smart card but have had one registered in the past. I asked if it’s possible to marge the two, she literally told me she doesn’t know and with an attitude that screams “I’m not willing to help you and I will not find anyone else who can actually help you”. Really the staff there need some sort of training on people skills. Yes you get nice ones here and there but wow they are a drop in the ocean. They just look unhappy, they’ll even attend to you without saying a word to you, even if you greet some will keep quiet. The thought of going there as a customer is just unpleasant. That pick and pay is way too big for such staff.
