Not the 1st person to be ****** in the store
Had my phone ****** from me whilst grocery shopping at Pick n Pay Morning Glen in Sandton. After chatting to mall security and some people at Pick n Pay, I was told that crime in the store is actually quite common. If everyone knows this, why hasn't something been done to remedy the problem so that customers are safer in the store?

The only response that I got from Head office is that they have escalated the problem to the regional team to investigate. How does it count as an escalation if the team is at a lower level than the head office? What investigations are being done when the manager was the one that helped me get the pictures of the guys that ****** me together with their no plates? I reported this issue on Saturday 28/03/2015 and nothing has been done as yet.

Pick n Pay should actually be liable to replace my phone. Had there been warning signs about how dangerous shopping in their store is, I definitely would have shopped elsewhere.
