Not such a Smart Shop

We don't often shop at Pick n Pay, and were reminded why again recently... their prices are not generally as low as other retailers, their quality of own-brand stuff and fresh goods ho-hum, and the whole Smart Shopper thing is hardly a #WIN. Just today we had a birthday "special" of an extra 1000 points (R10 - whoopee) denied, and were overcharged for an item (incorrect scan). At another retailer, we would have got the item for free; at PnP the effort to remedy is too painful to bother. It's easier just to shop elsewhere.
