Not sticking to the booked delivery time

My online order was supposed to have been delivered on Monday between 15:00 and 17:00. The driver got there early and then left. I got there at exactly 15:00. The delivery was then rescheduled for Tuesday after 17:00. Again the driver got there early and then left. I got there at exactly 17:00. It's now Thursday afternoon and I still haven't received my delivery - nor can they tell me when I can expect it.
