Not so Super Animals!

<p>I shopped with my nine-year-old daughter at Pick n Pay Wynberg and purchased goods to the value of R180.78, thus qualifying for a pack of Super Animal cards. I used a R50 voucher that I had received for spending more than R500 on the "23rd of August special promotion". The R50 voucher reduced the transaction to R130.78 which, according to the cashier, being less than R150, no longer qualified for cards. I queried this and the cashier and one of her colleagues standing nearby emphatically confirmed (with a certain amount of triumphant glee I have to add) that we didn't qualify. My daughter had just got over the disappointment three weeks previously, of saving up for a Super Animals card reader, only to be told that they were out of stock and Pick n Pay were no longer going to produce them anymore. And now the disappointment of not being given what for Pick n Pay are just four measly cards. Shame on you Pick n Pay! </p>
