Not so smart TV AIM TV from PNP

I recently bought a AIM 43 inch Smart TV for with the intention of watching DSTV Now. Unfortunately i was not able to download the app on the app store as it is not available, what was the point of calling this a smart TV if i wont even be able to use the number 1 app i had gotten it for?! It is absolutely false advertising because now i am going to have to buy a android box which was not a planned expense. If the app store on this TV is unlicenced, why is PicknPay selling it? the remote tends to be buggy as well, its not very responsive or responds very slow.
