Not so Smart Shopper App or Website.

I tried to login to the Smart Shopper app and can't because it just says "Smart Shopper is loading" Given that I'm trying to do this just after 10pm in the evening, I'm assuming that there is a problem or the app is down for maintenance. I tried the website... Similar issue. If it is down... Well that's not great. If its maintenance, then that is poor form... At least put a message up to say so... same for the website. I'm starting to see why you are struggling to keep market share as a company.
