Not so ****ing ASAP.

On Saturday, the 24th of August an order was placed at 12:30 PM via the supposedly "ASAP" Pic n Pay app - order #***6. Initially the app suggested that the delivery would be delivered between 13:30 - 14:00. Nothing was delivered until four hours later (...or so I thought). By the time the app suggested that the delivery had been delivered (@16:27), I was already out running other errands because I have a life to live than to be waiting for 4 hours hoping that a simple task such as a ****ing delivery would be fulfilled. In any case I ensured that my niece was at home to receive the order in question. To my amu*****t, nobody pitched yet the app narrated that the order had been delivered. I know, The prestidigitation of it all was truly reprehensible!!! Just before 5PM I contacted the help desk and ZIKHO MKHABA assured me that she would call me back in 10 minutes because she could not get ahold of the prestidigitator, and that she would try to get ahold of the store as a means of investigating further. I am still waiting for that call as I am typing this complaint. Then I followed up shortly after 6:30PM and a Nicole Downey rep**** and stated that the order was cancelled and that the wallet had been credited. No explanation of what transpired, and honestly the nonchalant resolution was disgusting to say the least.
