Not so ASAP delivery but ASAP DELAY

I am wondering why I still bother ordering from Pick ‘n Pay! It’s always the same run around with them! I’ve been waiting for over 5 hours for my order and there isn’t even a little communication from their staff as to why the order is delayed. Their customer line is ran by a bot that is also unavailable, it’s just a whole lot of a mess! They take your money ASAP but can never deliver ASAP, can never communicate ASAP but they definitely delay ASAP! At this point, this is not a delay but disrespectful.
