Not so ASAP...

On Saturday 28 September I've placed an ASAP order. Payment went through twice only to have the order cancelled by ASAP. I've immediately contacted them on the app's message function. Send an email as well, received a ticket nr but no one contacted me to resolve the issue. Eventually I've received a refund for only one of the payments, a week later and I'm still waiting for the second refund. Emailed them again, same story only a ticket nr. This is getting ridiculous. I've been a loyal customer for years, but will not use them again. Rather use Checkers sixty60 - at least they delivery what they promise their customers.
