NOT SATISFIED WITH SERVICE LEVELS

Staff not visible on floor to assist customers....and feedback related to a complaint - you get contacted after a very long time or if not you not contacted at all....and should the store try phoning you once and you busy , nobody bothers to call back.....I'm speaking from experience....incident transpired in January 2020.
